Normal Map
The normal map for the floor is created in Photoshop with the help of NDO. To use NDO, launch Quixel SUITE and click on NDO. Open the UV file in Photoshop, and create a new layer. On the new layer, draw a square and click on the massive convert to normal button and convert the square to a normal.
After the square has been converted to a normal, Adjust the setting on NDO to creat the desired effect. I set the bevel size the 3 to allow the 4 sides of the sqaures can be seen by the player to make it seem 3D-like. The depth and contrast are increased to the maximum to make sure that the effectare obvious enough to be noticed easily.
